Monty's is based in British Columba, Canada and ships orders across Canada, the US and Internationally.

Fulfillment Times

We aim to get all customer and wholesale orders fulfilled and shipped in 1-3 business days.

Canada

Our integrated shipping calculator will calculate the shipping cost of your order based on destination and package size so you get the best deal possible. Enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders $100.00+ CAD . Orders will ship by UniUni, Intelcom, ICS Ground, Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on rates and destination. Only Canada Post can deliver to PO boxes. If you have a buzzer or entry code number, please include it in your shipping address or in the notes for your order.

United States

All US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning taxes, duties, and import tariffs are already included in your total at checkout. There are no additional fees due upon delivery, and your package will arrive without any customs delays or surprise charges.

To make things easier for our U.S. customers, we’ve incorporated all applicable import tariffs and customs fees directly into our product pricing. This ensures full transparency and a smooth, hassle-free shopping experience from start to finish.

Your total at checkout reflects the final landed cost — shipping, taxes, and duties included.

It is possible that a delay in your delivery could occur due to Customs. If you did not select to have tracking on your order, there is unfortunately no way for us or you to see where the package is located or what Customs office it is being held at. If you require tracking of your item, please ensure you choose a TRACKED international shipping method at checkout.

International Orders

Monty's is not responsible for Customs tariffs, fees, duties, taxes or delays for  international bound orders. Any and all fees are the responsibility of the customer. Monty's cannot issue refunds if the customer refuses to cover all the customs fees or tariffs of their order and the box is returned. Any adjustments or increases resulting from tariffs, or from the date and time the shipment crosses the border (regardless of the pickup date or transit delays), are beyond our control.
