In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact Monty's within 7 days of receiving your order at zoe@montysbags.com
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement process.

3. Eligibility for Returns:

As mentioned earlier, we only accept returns and exchanges for damaged or defective items. Any requests for returns or exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted.

4. Refunds:

If your request for a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective item, we will process the refund to the original payment method used to place the order. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Costs:

If you are returning a damaged or defective item, we will cover the shipping costs but if you are returning due to personal preferences or change of mind, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
